How to book a transfer, fixed prices, payment, confirmation and invoices.

Enter pickup, drop-off, date, time and number of passengers directly on the homepage. The system shows the available vehicle and the final fare. Add your details and any notes, confirm, and you will receive a confirmation email within minutes.

Yes. The figure shown at booking is what you pay, nothing more. It already includes the vehicle, the driver, fuel, tolls and luggage handling. No meter, no traffic supplement, no surprises at payment.

Payment is made directly to the driver on arrival, in cash. For special needs (business clients, company invoicing, prepayment) write to info@andreancc.it or on WhatsApp and we will arrange the best option.

Yes. Right after booking we send you an email with all the details: date, time, addresses, booking number and vehicle data. We recommend keeping it handy on the day of the trip.

Of course. When booking, enter the name and phone number of the passenger who will board. The driver will call that person directly on the day to coordinate the meeting point.

Yes, between 22:00 and 07:00 a 20% night supplement applies. The surcharge is already factored into the price you see before confirming, so the price shown is always the price you pay.

During booking, at the final payment step, there is a "Promo code" field. Paste the code there and the discount is applied automatically to the total before confirmation.

We do our best to accommodate last-minute requests too. If the vehicle is free we will arrange the ride. For an immediate check, message us on WhatsApp at +39 388 457 1838 - we reply much faster there.

A taxi is hailed on the spot, runs a meter and the fare changes depending on traffic and kilometres driven. A private chauffeur (NCC in Italian) is booked in advance at a fixed price that does not change: no meter, no surprises, your driver is waiting at the time you set.

Meeting your driver, airport pickups, the vehicle, luggage, child seats and on-board services.

Andrea or one of our drivers waits for you with a name sign, in arrivals at the airport or on the platform at the station. Before the transfer you receive by email the driver's name and phone number, so you can reach them directly if needed.

We track flights in real time using the number you provide at booking. If the flight is late, the pickup shifts automatically to the actual landing time. You do not need to do anything, you do not need to call: we wait.

Each passenger can bring one large suitcase and one piece of hand luggage. If you are travelling with extra cases, sports equipment or bulky items, mention it in the booking notes: we will prepare the car beforehand.

Yes, on request we provide infant seats, child seats and boosters. Tell us the age and number of children when booking and you will find the right setup already installed when we arrive. A small extra fee may apply.

Typically a Mercedes V-Class or similar: premium minivan up to 7 seats, clean interiors, air conditioning, large boot and fresh water on board for arriving passengers. For smaller groups we may use a sedan of the same standard.

Yes, a short stop for a break or to collect luggage at another address is normally fine: mention it in the booking notes or ask the driver directly. Longer stops or significant detours may carry a small extra fee.

No, never. All our transfers are private and exclusive: the car is reserved for you and your group only. No strangers on board, no intermediate stops, no detours to pick up other customers.

Use the latest-landing flight as the reference and pick a pickup time that suits the whole group. Add the other flight numbers in the notes so we can track every arrival and coordinate the meeting point smoothly.

Yes. When booking you can give the hotel name or the exact address and we drop you at the door. In the very few cases where the street is not drivable (pedestrian areas, Venetian calli), we agree the closest accessible point in advance.

Vehicles are assigned based on the passengers and luggage declared. If you turn up with extra unannounced bags, we may run out of room and cause a delay or, in rare cases, fail to fit everything. To avoid this, please declare everything when booking.

Yes, pets are welcome on board at no extra cost. For medium or large dogs please tell us at booking so we can lay a protective cover on the seats; for cats, small dogs and other pets a carrier is preferable. Assistance animals supporting people with disabilities always travel with you.

We work from Jesolo and cover Cavallino-Treporti, Caorle, Venice, Treviso, San Donà di Piave and all of north-east Italy: Marco Polo, Treviso Canova, Malpensa and Linate airports; Mestre, Santa Lucia and San Donà stations; Venice, Punta Sabbioni and Ravenna ports; cities like Milan, Rome, Florence, Trieste, Udine and Lake Como. In winter we add transfers to Cortina d'Ampezzo and the Cadore ski resorts.

Yes, transfers to and from cruise ports are one of our specialities: Venice Marittima terminal, Punta Sabbioni for smaller ship embarkations, and Ravenna Porto Corsini. We arrange pickup times that match check-in and disembarkation, including for larger groups.

Yes. We regularly run long-distance transfers to Milan, Rome, Florence, Lake Como, Trieste, Udine and other cities. They are direct door-to-door rides at a fixed fare set at booking, with no surcharge for motorway or tolls.

Yes, on request we arrange transfers to Slovenia, Croatia and Austria - places like Ljubljana, Piran, Pula or Villach are easy to reach from the Veneto. The price is agreed in advance and includes tolls and border crossing.

All the main airports in northern Italy: Venice Marco Polo, Treviso Canova, Milan Malpensa, Milan Linate and on request Bergamo Orio al Serio as well. Every airport transfer includes flight tracking and meet-and-greet in arrivals with a name sign.

We know the roads of the Veneto in every condition: fog in the lowlands, high water around the lagoon, snow on mountain passes in winter. Our cars run seasonally appropriate tyres and, if conditions threaten the trip, we contact you to agree the best option.

Changes, Cancellations & Support

Changing and cancelling bookings, refunds, safety, insurance and how to reach us.

Yes, cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the scheduled transfer time. For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance no refund applies. To cancel, just write to us by email or WhatsApp quoting your booking number.

Yes, you can change date, time or itinerary up to 24 hours before the transfer. Write to us at info@andreancc.it or WhatsApp on +39 388 457 1838 and we will sort it out quickly.

For cancellations made within the allowed window, the refund is issued via the same payment method, within 5-10 business days. If you paid in cash, contact us and we will arrange the refund by bank transfer.

Yes. We operate with a regular NCC chauffeur licence and all our vehicles carry full insurance for passengers and luggage, in accordance with Italian private-hire transport law.

On the day of the transfer, the driver's phone number is in your confirmation email: that is the fastest channel. For other urgent matters, message us on WhatsApp at +39 388 457 1838: we usually reply within minutes, every day of the year.

Gladly. After the transfer you will receive an email with a link to leave your feedback. Customer opinions genuinely help us understand where we can do even better.

Message us straight away on WhatsApp or by email with your booking number and a quick description of the item: we will do our best to recover it quickly. If shipping is needed, the cost is paid by the customer.
